Metal Gear Solid 2: Substance

Pertaining to the ESRB rating.
This game includes the whole of Metal Gear Solid 2: Sons of Liberty, a skate boarding game, new missions and more. The skate boarding plays very much like Tony Hawk, and as such, has a moderate amount of blood effects when your character wipes out (there's no option to turn blood off in this mode). Also, there are new missions called Snake Tales that add a bit more language to the existing game (though it's in text). For the full content review, click on the MGS2 review link above.
