Sum up:
Quantum of Solace is based on the James Bond movie of the same name, and features the Call of Duty 4 engine for its graphics, and the voices/likeness of the main cast. The game will be a first-person shooter, but similar to Rainbow Six: Vegas, your view will switch to third-person when you take cover on a wall, or (in this game) engage in hand-to-hand combat—giving you a better view of the situation. In addition to plain running and gunning, Bond will be able to sneak up on enemies and take them out quietly.

Recommended age:
The ESRB rated this game "T" for Teen, listing "Alcohol Reference," "Mild Language" and "Violence." The "Alcohol Reference" consists of you seeing a couple of wine bottles, and some of your cover is made up of barrels of the substance; Bond himself doesn't drink.

The "Mild Language" refers to a few uses of word like d*mn. And the "Violence" obviously consists of Bond dispatching multiple enemies with his fists and weapons, and there will probably be more than a few explosions and intense situations (but no blood). Although moderately intense, Bond games have always been somewhat mild content-wise, and this will probably be no exception. So overall, I recommend this game for ages 13+.
